A. There are rare instances where a session musician is offered a portion of the future income of a recording that is usually made where the artist or band cannot afford to pay meeting prices. Third-party manufacturing laboratories are used for products and may limit the order that are not described in this contract. An accelerated fee of $100 is charged for expedited product applications. The photographer is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from delivery errors during manufacturing and/or delivery. Using an independent contractorIn case where a photographer can equip a hair artist and/or make-up artist, the photographer is not responsible for the applications or services of that independent supplier. This ends at the bottom, but is not limited to allergies due to the use of the products by the independent contractor. It is the customer`s responsibility to pursue all allergies to the independent contractor. The client understands that drinking alcohol before and/or during the session can have a negative impact on the results of the images. Artistic rightsThe photographer reserves the right of appreciation in the choice of photographic documents shared by the client. The client receives a gallery of at least 40 photographs to choose from and not photographic documents that have not been presented to the client. The photographer also reserves the right to make adaptations of the photographs in post-processing, as the photographer sees in his creative control.
Additional editions can be requested for $15 per file. Creative ControlThe photographer retains creative control of the session. This control is included, but is not limited to the fit of hair, makeup, jewelry, clothing and clothing strap. Photographic materialAll photographic documents, including, but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs and insights, are the photographer`s exclusive property. All orders must be placed within the time frame set out in this agreement. No product, including digital files, will be released until the agreed amount is fully paid in accordance with the payment plan outlined in this agreement. The photographer makes available the proofs of the gallery through an agreed advice in relation to the product. These proofs can be accessed by the client within two weeks of the photographic event. All orders are placed during the in-person consultation. Copyright and ReproductionThe photographer owns the copyright to all images created and has the exclusive right to make copies for, including, but not limited to, delegating marketing materials, portfolio entries, commodities, editorial submissions and use, or to be displayed inside or on the photographer`s website and/or studio.
