· The customer`s use of HLS is not in accordance with THE specifications and/or HERE agreement, a reduced availability of HLS services is the result of customer errors, customer omissions or malicious service interruption by third parties. HERE will make appropriate economic efforts to protect its resources and services from threats and attacks that may affect the availability of services. In the event of a large-scale attack, HERE may not be able to maintain the availability of HERE services at the expected level and reserves the right to claim such an event as a non-SLA event. HERE reports the availability of the service monthly for the previous calendar month on the developer.here.com dashboard that provides the measurement of performance data against the service availability target. Reports are usually provided on the 15th business day following the last calendar day of the previous month. HERE measures the availability of the service by deifying the number of operational tests passed by the total number of operating tests measured by a commercial third party provided by HERE. Operating tests are HLS calls that run within 5 minutes, are properly formatted and ensure that services are fully available and operational. HERE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify surveillance methods and instruments. This Amazon Compute Service Level Agreement for AWS (Ningxia Region) (this “SLA”) is a policy of using the included services (listed below) and applies separately to each account that uses the included services.
