It is strongly recommended that the client participate in a delivery preparation class. The Doula cannot adequately explain the extent of physiology and the process of labour and birth, hospital/birth/birth centre, medical interventions, comfort measures, coping techniques, neonatal care, etc. in two dates. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the client search for this information and be as informed as possible and prepare for his birth. · That if the client moves after the signing of the contract, the Doula will do everything in its power to fulfill the terms of the contract. The customer accepts that a) BirthFocus has the right to renegotiate the tax to cover additional travel expenses if the customer moves within 15 miles of the original location and b) BirthFocus reserves the right to terminate the contract before Doula`s services are provided without refund. A 1/2 down payment of the tax is due with this agreement. All payments must be made to BirthFocus, LLC. The balance is due until the 34th week. The security deposit is not refundable within 45 days of the due date and/or the first antenatal visit.
If the contract is terminated outside the 45 days, half of the down payment is refunded. · In order to keep Doula informed of the health status of clients, including all test results, so that doula can answer any questions that the client may have useful limitations if this request is to be maintained. The limits of each Doula must be adapted to other requirements: family, work, financial needs, health, perseverance.
